Bird used to train hunting dogs that appears to have escaped without capture this time.
Hang Glider, Bong Recreational Area
One of the reasons it's called a recreational area rather than just state park is because activities such as hang gliding, flying model airplanes and rockets, and training dogs and birds is allowed in a special area.
